Annick Bernard is a skilled Osteopathic Manual Therapist (OMT) with a strong foundation in Massage Therapy, bringing a gentle, intuitive approach to every session. Annick is known for her calm presence and deeply relaxing energy. Her treatments are tailored, thoughtful, and rooted in both expertise and empathy.  She has been practicing manual therapy for over 17 years and is based in the West Broadway area at Continuum Manual Therapeutic Bodywork.

Annick’s origin story began in 2006 when she was training for a half marathon and started experiencing shin splints during her training; one massage therapy session later, Annick found herself applying to a local massage therapy college and the rest is ‘history’.

Clients often find in her sessions not only ease physical discomfort but also offer a sense of groundedness and calm. Whether you're working through an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply in need of space to breathe and reset, Annick offers a safe and supportive environment for your healing.

Her loyal sidekick, Ted the Dachshund Chihuahua cross, is a beloved part of her practice, quietly offering his own calming energy to the space.

• Annick is no longer accepting new Massage Therapy Clients. She is currently only accepting new Osteo clients.

• Ted is not required to attend if that is the preference of the individual.
